It's a happy day when healthy and delicious are one and the same.  It may seem that Turmeric is the latest fad food but please be assured its stardom is well deserved.  

 

Not only has it been used as medicine for thousands of years, over 7000 peer reviewed scientific articles confirm its effectiveness.  

Thank you Tesh for giving us another way to get more Turmeric into our day!  

Ingredients:

1 1/2 frozen Bananas
1 cup Water
3 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, add more Turmeric.
  3. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to serve.
